Our signature linens have been individually hand-dyed in a long slow process in a small town called Purwosari in Jawa Timur.
These luxurious one-of-a-kind pieces will offer the natural world for you and your baby.
All slings have been hand coloured using natural dye from the extraction process on Ceriops Tagal to obtain the soft pink and Indigo for the light blue.

These variations should not be considered flaws or defects as they do not affect the functionality of the carrier. It is in the nature of the handwoven fabric, these “imperfections’ enhance its natural beauty and uniqueness.
Our slings are beautifully packaged in a reusable high-quality cotton matching bag that can be used not only for storing sling in but also for keeping other essentials such as nappies, tissues, changing mats etc for your little one on hand.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS:
To ensure a long life of your batik sling we highly recommend to follow these instructions:
JOYKU linen slings in batik are recommended to hand wash in lukewarm water using baby shampoo or a gentle detergent. Hang it or lay flat to dry. If a dryer is used, please choose low settings. Do not store batik product in direct contact with air conditioner (AC).
Avoid spraying perfume directly to the fabrics as the alcoholic perfume will give a negative effect on the natural colour of batik.
